Show Your Reaction<\/strong>
\nExplain your initial reaction to the setback. This helps make your story more relatable.

iPhone and Mac Configuration Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are asked to allow access to Speech Recognition, click \u201cAllow\u201d. This only needs to be done once for each browser. If you are asked to allow \u201cunaity.ai to access the microphone, click \u201cAllow\u201d.<\/p>\n

If you do not get both these messages and your recording button is not working, you will need to go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and enable Chrome (not needed for Safari). The go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition and enable Chrome and Safari.<\/p>\n

If you are using Safari, and the recording button is still not working, switch to Chrome.<\/p>\n

Android Configuration<\/strong><\/p>\n

If your recording button is not working, go to Settings > Apps > Chrome > Permissions and allow the microphone. If you are using a different browser, go to Settings > Apps > locate the browser > Permissions and allow the microphone.<\/p>\n

You may also need to go to Settings > General Management > Keyboard List and Default and enable Google Voice Typing.<\/p>\n

Windows Configuration<\/strong>
\nYour speech configuration is on by default. But the Record button is not working go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and enable “Microphone Access”. Next, scroll and enable “Let desktop apps access your microphone”.<\/p>\n
